Large Wood Cutting Board with Juice Groove, 18 x 12

Every kitchen has one board that ends up doing everything. This is that board — eighteen by twelve, three quarters of an inch thick, with a juice groove cut around the front face and a flat serving side on the back. It goes from carving a roast to carrying the cheese course without needing a second piece.

Three woods, and they age differently. Cherry starts light and deepens to a warm red-brown over years of use. Walnut is dark from the first day. Maple is pale and even-grained, and shows knife marks the least.

It arrives already seasoned with a first coat of food-safe mineral oil, so it's ready the day it lands. A care guide comes with it, and re-oiling every few months is most of what it needs.

Made in Ohio from kiln-dried American hardwood.

Engraved boards are cut to your specifications and can't be remade, so please check the spelling carefully before adding to cart. If you spot a mistake, contact me right away and I'll do everything I can to catch it before the board goes to engraving.
