Chill Boards sit on top of a Dubler Party Cooler and keep everything cool from underneath, so a charcuterie spread, a sushi platter, or a tray of cut fruit holds its shape through a long evening. Fill the cooler with ice, set the two boards across the top, and arrange as you normally would.
They're cut from antimicrobial cutting board plastic, so you can slice directly on them and put them straight in the dishwasher afterward. Together they turn the Dubler into two pieces of serving equipment rather than one — a beverage tub when you want it, a chilled display when you don't.
