A wood board that gets used will dry out. Dried wood is what cracks, warps, and starts holding onto smells — and it happens slowly enough that most people don't notice until the damage is done.
This is the fix, and it takes about two minutes. Organic beeswax and fractionated coconut oil, with rosemary and lemon essential oils, rubbed into the grain with a cloth. The wax seals where oil alone soaks in and disappears.
Worth buying alongside any board you plan to keep. Handmade in the USA.

How to use
Apply directly to a clean, dry board with a cloth or paper towel. Work it in generously across the whole surface using a circular motion, including the sides and the underside. Let it sit, then buff off any excess. Reapply whenever the wood starts to look dull or feel dry — for a board in regular use, that's usually every few weeks.
